About HOSA Service Projects
I have created this wish list to help HOSA students pay for supplies needed to complete our annual service projects. Each year students participate in events such as the homecoming parade, candyfest, annual party with Orchard park residents, Valentines with Victorious Assisted Living residents, book drives, Monthly card making for Hospitalized Kids and area/state competitions.
Supplies we would like to purchase would include, Paper, cardstock, stickers, markers, glue, poster boards, paint, tape, table cloths, party supplies, gifts for residents, etc. Each year students and myself fundraise and also pay for the supplies out of our own pockets. This wish list will allow us to accomplish the service projects we currently participate in and possibly add more to out list such as donating care packages to shelter and participate in charity walks
The importance of completing the service projects mentioned for our organization is to give back to our community and as future health care employees learn the need for interpersonal skills and compassion for others.
